What do you love about SOF/What does SOF mean to you?
I love how genuinely friendly everyone is; we all truly enjoy being around one another. It really is a close-knit group of people who want to better their health!


Posse: I have a black lab mix named Max. He’ll be 8 years old in May 2012 but yet he still acts like he’s in his terrible two’s.


Favorite Exercise: Rear Foot Elevated (RFE) squats


Least Favorite Exercise: Trap Bar Deadlift


Who do you look up to and why?
Neghar Foononi, a training specialist in Maryland. She has a commitment and drive that is inspiring and uplifting. Training is a male-dominated field and she exudes knowledge, power, and confidence as a standout female.


Favorite Healthy Snack: Vanilla Greek yogurt with granola and fruit.


Guilty Indulgence: Homemade baked goods, especially chocolate chip cookies.


What do you do when you are not at the club?
Keeping myself in shape, keeping my dog out of trouble, baking, and shopping!
