What does SOF mean to you?

To me, State of Fitness is a safe haven for people trying to get in shape. I love that no one can "fly under the radar" here. Members can get individualized attention for their needs, and make some friends in the process.

Who do you look up to and why?

My parents because they are always in my corner. They taught me to be a moral and goal-oriented person.

What do you do when you're not whipping people into shape?

Cooking, fishing, listening to music, and mountain biking.
